ANYTHING’S POSSIBLE

Never let life impede on your ability to manifest your dreams. Dig deeper into your dreams, deeper into yourself, believe that anything is possible, then make it happen.

Digging deeper into my dreams and deeper into myself have been key drivers, which have allowed me to stop limiting myself, and instead believe that ANYTHING'S POSSIBLE. The dream I’ve been diligently working to realize is spreading the positivity of the Two Word Story Mindset Mantra, that dreaming, diligence, and doing, all paid off → Grab Your Ticket For Sun, March 2nd Babes + Brunch & Two Word Story Workshop Event Now!

Not only is ANYTHING POSSIBLE, but everything is possible. We have unlimited stores of untapped potential within us all. Potential waiting to explode in ecstatic motion, held in check only by our adult minds.

Think about this → as kids we are always dreaming the impossible dreams: I want to be a dolphin trainer, an astronaut, the next inventor of a new sort of iPhone. Kids are not limited by reality. They follow their internal flow and naturally align with things that make them feel good. It’s a purity of intention and ultimate confidence in your ability to make YOUR future anything you want it to be.

As an adult, most of us have lost that confidence, that imagination spark, that makes dreams into reality. We’ve already gone thru an entire lifetime of osmosis societal programming that outlines a blueprint for success, but doesn’t take into account individuality. The blueprint tells us how to approach our future and what to expect and at what time in our life.

We always trust the blueprint and that’s ok, it’s the standard formula for success that works for many people. I want you to know there is more. You can alter the blueprint to suit your own uniqueness, it’s a scary thing to deviate off the well worn path and forge a new one → your very own path to success & happiness.

If you’re feeling a dissatisfaction or malaise regarding your life, this is a good indication that it’s time to do some self-reflection and reevaluation. It’s time to ask yourself:  is this really what I want or is this what society tells me I should be doing? There is a difference.

Don’t be ashamed to share your dreams and aspirations, even if they sound “crazy” → they really aren’t. Everyone has their own ideal of how things should be and how adults should behave. I’ve frequently found less than supportive responses to my own personal dreams because they don’t match the practical, pragmatic, logic of an adult mind. Break out of that mental prison and set your mind free. ANYTHING’S POSSIBLE.

As members of this same TRIBE OF HUMANS, we all have to remember and take care to encourage the sublime differences and interests of others, especially those we’re closest to.

In these instances, don’t lose faith, ANYTHING’S STILL POSSIBLE. Practice turning down the noise of naysayers, they will always be there. It’s up to you to filter out that noise and refuse to let it distract you from your mission to realize your dreams and find success and happiness. The only thing standing in your way is you. Do not let others detract from your purpose. For me, I put a couple crystals in my bra, get out there, and slay the day!

ANYTHING’S POSSIBLE can be applied to everything → do you hate your career path? Do you want to lose 30lbs? Have you always wished you knew how to play the piano? What is stopping you? I’ll tell you. It’s you.

So, how do you get out of your own way and start uncovering your ANYTHING’S POSSIBLE life path?

5 Ways to Start NOW:

1. Take Note! Of Dreams, Signs, & What Keeps Coming Back Around

The subconscious has ways of letting you know if you’re heading in the right direction. Pay attention to the things that happen in your life, the people you meet, the things you notice, the places you are drawn to. Upon waking, actively connect to your dreams – keep a pad by the bed to write things down, and let their symbolism work on you.

The things that are always true for you or won’t go away are really important in discovering your calling. Are you always making up amazing stories to entertain the children in your life? Every time you feel at a loss do you find yourself in the kitchen, creating? Keep thinking about that niggle of an idea about moving to the Mediterranean? These recurrent things are giving you clues as to what will really satisfy you, pay attention to them.

2.  Think About What You Used to Love & Notice What Feels Good

Our callings are very often things that we loved to be or do when we were very young – before we were asked to ‘fit in’. How did you play as a child? What did you love to do? What were you curious about? How did you think?

Callings feel good. When we are doing what we are supposed to be doing, we are connected, joyful, expressive, loving and purposeful. Notice times in your daily life that you feel like this – What are you doing? Who are you with? What are you allowing?

3. Filter the Noise

Distractions, like TV, shopping and drinking, serve only to keep you stuck. Turn them down in your life and allow possibility in. This will be hard at first - it’s easy to use these things to stop you facing things you don’t want to, or having to answer difficult questions - but consciously opting for stillness over diversions, or emptiness over a life chock full of ‘busy’ is choosing to open a dialogue with yourself and your path.

4. Shake Up Your Routine

Getting out of your routine, changing your environment, and carving some time for yourself can work wonders. Shifts in perspective, connections and realisations are more easily explored and nurtured when you give yourself the space physically and emotionally.

5. Be Patient

Don’t expect your calling to delivered via express mail. Discovering and honing your path in life will be a continual part of your journey. Be compassionate to yourself, knowing that where you are right now is the best place. Treat yourself, your practices, and the world with patience.

WRAP IT UP, TIE IT IN A BOW

If you take away nothing else, let it be this...

  1. Stop limiting yourself, if you believe that ANYTHING’S POSSIBLE, it will be.

  2. If you want to be fully yourself and find your path in life, creativity is not a luxury - you must carve time for it.

  3. Finding our true path in life isn’t passive. It won’t appear in a puff of smoke. It’s only through trying out an activity that you’ll know whether it’s the thing for you.

  4. Finally, if you’ve lost the insight into your ANYTHING’S POSSIBLE, then get out into nature, mediate,  take up yoga, sign up for an art class or that first piano lesson.

  5. Get moving and stay active!
